Hi, I am Bianca
As an innovation consultant and Agile Coach, I have already witnessed and guided over 70 change projects.
Through my 10 years of experience as a leader in the automotive industry, I also led numerous change processes. The biggest and most challenging? The 2008/2009 economic crisis, which involved employees taking pay cuts. It wasn’t easy. After all, I didn’t personally support the change either. And yet, together, we managed to overcome this cost-saving measure.
Afterwards, I led a team at a university where we guided founders and startups with their business models.
Since 2012, my focus has been on traditional medium-sized businesses with rigid structures, complex hierarchies, and many concerns on their path to innovation and agility. And that is pure change.
I initially acquired the methods and approaches through a part-time Innovation Management study program. But I quickly realized that this wasn’t enough. In 2016, I then completed further training as a psychological counselor (in Austria, coaching is a protected profession and requires a 2.5-year training with over 650 hours of practical experience).
In 2020, my long-awaited book „No More Bullsh*t Innovations“ was finally published by the renowned WILEY publishing house. It tells the story of a traditional company on its journey to a new business model – with all its ups and downs.
Now it is time to go international. That is the reason why I will start this program in English.
